For most homes, no. Solar panel installations are usually classed as permitted development. There can be exceptions for listed buildings or conservation areas, and we'll check and advise you during your free survey.
Most domestic solar and battery installations are completed in 1 to 2 days, depending on the size of the system and your roof. We'll give you a clear timeline as part of your quote and keep you updated throughout.
